Kairat Bukanov, a resident of the Esil district of the Akmola region, once held various leadership positions, but the idea of ​​starting his own business did not leave him. In 2019, he nevertheless decided to start a business and registered the Zhanatlek farm.

"The farm has 2.5 thousand hectares of land, mainly we sow wheat and barley. I received a loan from the Agrarian Credit Corporation for spring-field and autumn harvesting under the Ken Dala program. For the second year in a row, the corporation has been supporting us. Work it is much better, more interesting, especially when there is state support. Today, the farm employs 8 villagers," said the head of the farm, Kairat Bukanov.

The absence of the necessary equipment would not allow the agro-formation to complete the sowing season in a timely manner, and funds are needed for its renewal. With the help of its financial partner, the Agrarian Credit Corporation, Zhanatlek farm purchased in 2020 trailed attachments and a Vector combine, and in 2021, a Belarus tractor.

"New is new, equipment allows timely completion of plowing, sowing, harvesting. Now, along with grain sowing and oilseed - safflower. Today I have 3 tractors, 4 combines. We plan to purchase another combine with the help of the corporation," the head of the farm says.

The farmer, who plans to completely renew his machine and tractor fleet, purchases a K-700 tractor and a seeder at his own expense in autumn. And in the future, together with the harvest, we will increase the livestock - try ourselves in a new direction.
