1. Who can apply for a postponement?
The deferral can be granted to borrowers-legal entities/farms/ individual entrepreneurs whose financial situation has suffered due to restrictions imposed during the state of emergency in connection with the coronavirus epidemic.
2. Which loans may be granted an extension?
All loans issued by ACC before March 16, 2020 Customer applications are reviewed on an individual basis. The deferral is granted to clients for which the deterioration of their financial condition is confirmed due to the declared emergency mode - a decrease in the volume of goods and (or) services sold, delays, suspensions, postponements of payment terms from buyers of products, and so on.
3. How long is the deferral granted?
For loans with the subsidized part of the interest rate-a deferral is given for up to 3 months, with the repayment period until the end of the current calendar year, in order to maintain the subsidized part of the interest rate.
According to the current subsidy Rules, if the current payment is reallocated for subsequent years, the borrower loses the subsidized part of the remuneration.
For loans with a non-subsidized part of the interest rate –the terms of distribution of repayment payments are considered on an individual basis in proportion to the end of the loan term, depending on the borrower's production cycle.
4. What documents do I need to get a deferral?
Application for postponement and documents confirming the deterioration of the financial situation due to the epidemic.

5. How do I apply for a postponement?

6. If I have several loans, how is the deferral processed?
When filling out the application, you must specify the numbers and dates of loan agreements for which a delay is required.
7. Is it possible to make partial early repayment during the deferral?
You can, and a new repayment schedule will be formed.
8. Is it possible to make a full early repayment during the deferral?
It is possible, full early repayment is not limited.
9. If I already have a loan overdue, can I qualify for a deferral?
Yes, you can, if you confirm that the financial situation has deteriorated due to the epidemic.
10. Will fines/penalties be charged?
For the duration of the emergency, fines/penalties will not be charged for borrowers who have confirmed a deterioration in their financial condition due to the declared emergency regime.
11. From what date are applications for postponement accepted?
Applications are already being accepted.
12. When will my application for postponement be executed?
Applications for postponement are considered within up to 10 business days.the ACC Decision will be sent to the client's email address or other communication source.
