Corporate Ratings

On September 9, 2025, the international rating agency Fitch Ratings affirmed the long-term Issuer Default Ratings of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC at “BBB” with a “Stable” outlook.

On September 11, 2025, the international rating agency Moody’s Ratings completed a periodic review and affirmed the long-term rating of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC at “Baa2” in foreign currency and “Aa3.kz” in national currency, also with a “Stable” outlook.

The affirmation of the ratings reflects:

• the strategic role of the Company as a key financial institution for agricultural producers in Kazakhstan;
• the sustainable growth of lending operations in recent years;
• the availability of government support, ensuring the reliability and stability of operations.
