Chairman of the Board Almat Ashirbekov, Deputy Chairman of the Board Ruslan Tyulegenov, Managing Director Zhanat Alin and Director of the Astana branch Aset Kushkunbaev visited the Public Service Center, departments of land relations, statistics, agriculture of the Akkol region and the elevator “Bread Base No. 1” as part of the ongoing work to improve credit activities through digitalization and automation of business processes.

During the visit, the Akkol Public Service Center demonstrated the processes for registering collateral, from receiving applications to issuing registered collateral agreements.

The departments of land relations, statistics and agriculture of the Akkol region, involved in the process of registration of pledges, were also visited to familiarize themselves with their activities.

At the grain storage facility No. 1, the entire process of working with grain was presented. Experts showed how acceptance, laboratory testing of grain for quality, weighing of products and shipment take place. Representatives of the corporation were shown the work of elevators in the Koldau program.

During the visit, ACC management discussed problematic issues that impede the acceleration of the processes of registration of pledge agreements. The Corporation will continue to work to improve farmers' access to loans in the agricultural sector.
