ACC will present the loan program “Keńa Dala 2” at the "Jańa Dala" exhibition

On 18-19 July 2024, a specialized international exhibition and demonstration “Jańa Dala / Green Day 2024” was held in Akmola region.

This is a traditional exhibition event in the format of “Jańa Dala”, which has been held since 2013. The venue is the demonstration fields of Yenbek LLP in Akmola region, 90 km from Astana, along the Astana-Kokshetau highway. The exhibition is organized by EXPO TIME Company of Kazakhstan.

Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC (ACC) and its subsidiary KazAgroFinance JSC during the event presented the programs “Kin dala 2” and Preferential Leasing. They are aimed at providing preferential lending for farmers.

“Keң dala 2” is a new program of ACC. Financial resources are raised from the private capital market.

New conditions for financing farmers are unprecedented, the mechanism solves a number of important issues for agricultural producers.

First. A preferential interest rate for borrowers at the level of 5% per annum is provided.

Second. In accordance with the new mechanism of state support, 85% of the loan amount of farmers under the program “Kin dala 2” is guaranteed by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund “Damu”.

Thus, when obtaining loans for spring field work, farmers only need to provide collateral for no more than 15% of the total loan.

Third. Credit under the program “Kin dala 2” can be obtained through ACC branches, credit partnerships, second-tier banks, social-entrepreneurial corporations, microfinance organizations and regional investment centers.

In addition, the program includes lending to processing enterprises for the subsequent financing of agribusiness entities by advance payment for the purchase of crop products for spring field and harvesting operations.
