Disposal of repossessed and unclaimed assets
ACC sells collateral property that has passed into the corporation's ownership in lieu of loan debt repayment. Items for sale include agricultural machinery, equipment, land plots and real estate.
Purchase Procedure
Property is sold via electronic trading platforms and through direct negotiation. To participate in an auction, submit an application of the prescribed form with copies of identity and legal capacity documents.
