Procurement of goods, works and services
ACC procures goods, works and services in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Public Procurement» and internal regulatory documents. Information on ongoing procurement is published on Mitwork, the procurement portal of the Baiterek holding.

Mitwork Procurement Portal
All current ACC tenders and competitions are posted on Mitwork, the Eurasian electronic procurement portal (eep.mitwork.kz), and on the corporation's website.

Supplier Requirements
Participation is open to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in Kazakhstan, not included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers, and holding required licences and certificates.
