A. Evniev visited participants of the Food Belt Program

On July 19-23, 2018, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture Arman Evniev visited a number of agricultural enterprises in the Tselinograd region - participants in the Food Belt Program around Astana, most of which are ACC borrowers.

The delegation members were able to personally communicate with local farmers and agrarians, informing the latter about new opportunities for the industry from the state.

In the Bulandynsky district, which is called the southern gate of the Shchuchinsk-Burabay resort area, there is the Nanar Firm LLP, the farm is engaged in breeding beef cattle and small cattle. More than 600 cows of the Kazakh white-headed breed are kept in model bases. Today it is a modern, high-tech, diversified agro-industrial enterprise, the total area of land of which is more than 20 thousand hectares, including 16172.6 hectares of arable land. Over the past few years, the partnership has acquired the latest forage equipment, created a feeding area, and organized a pasture. All this provides the farm with consistently high (up to 700 grams or more) daily weight gain of livestock. Stopping at what has been achieved is not Norik Vardanyan’s rules. The immediate plans include increasing the herd to 1.5 thousand heads and organizing a strong food supply.

Sabyr Kairatovich Akhmetov is the owner of the Kenebay farm, also a participant in the Food Belt Program. Last year, he acquired and became a borrower of the Corporation, which financed his project to increase the number of livestock - breeding cows and thoroughbred horses. Sabyr Kairatovich himself has been involved in agriculture since 2014. On the existing land plot of 1000 hectares, the farmer grows grain and barley, which in the future will be used to fatten livestock. Now preparatory work is underway for the first harvest, the forecasts are very favorable, if you focus on the weather conditions of the region.

The route of the trip also ran through the Sivka-Burka farm, located in the Kosshchinsky rural district, the head of which Igilik Tautenov plans to open a family meat farm for 100 heads. Now the farmer is engaged in breeding cattle and small cattle, the number of which in total reaches 635 animals.

In the neighboring district of Kabanbay Batyr, the Green Star Agricultural Firm project, which is being implemented by Imangali Chunkunov, is thriving. Imangali Sagatovich maintains a vegetable storage facility with a capacity of 500 tons, making efforts to increase this figure by 30 times by 2021! The agronomist shared these plans with the members of the delegation, receiving their approval and support.

At the Zhasyl Zhailau farm, located here, workers sell meat and produce kumis, contributing to the saturation of the region with dairy and meat products. More than 1,300 animals graze on 600 hectares of pasture land, and the head of the farm, Kuan Alimzhanov, intends to open a family farm and expand the number of cattle, small cattle and horses.

IP "Abdrakhmanov", Breeding farm Zerenda" (Goat farm), LLP "Family Farm", KH "Family Farm", LLP "Erkhan Invest", "Bereket Export", LLP "Sydykbek", LLP "Mirolyubovkaya", LLP "Ak" -DEN”, and more than 30 more farms, financed by the Agrarian Credit Corporation and successfully operating in the region, continue to form the very basis for the stable development of the food belt project around the capital, guaranteeing the saturation of Astana with high-quality and fresh products today and in the future.
