JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation", within the framework of the republican budget, approved applications totaling more than 26 billion tenge for spring field and harvesting work. Currently, the majority of applications have come from agricultural producers of Akmola, Kostanay and North Kazakhstan regions. To date, 502 applications have already been received from 1,417 agricultural enterprises for a total amount of 49 billion tenge. Using the loans received, agricultural producers will timely carry out the necessary activities, such as: purchase of fuels and lubricants; spare parts and materials for the repair of agricultural machinery; mineral fertilizers; plant protection products and other activities for sowing and harvesting. This year, the share of sown areas by crops in the North Kazakhstan region, according to submitted applications, is 69% - grains (wheat, barley, etc.), oilseeds - 23%. In the Akmola region, interest in such a crop as flax is increasing, so last year more than 5 billion tenge was allocated for sowing flax, this is more than 8% of the total amount of funds allocated for sowing. Loans for spring field and harvesting work can be obtained at a rate of 5% per annum (GESV - no more than 5%), for a period until December 1, 2018, under guarantees of second-tier banks, as well as through the system of credit partnerships at an interest rate of 6% per annum (GESV - no more than 6%), and directly from the Corporation at a rate of 4% per annum (GESV - no more than 4%).
