The Agricultural Credit Corporation is holding a campaign “Repay your debt without penalty!” From November 7 to December 30, 2022, borrowers and lessees (individuals and legal entities) who have overdue debt as of October 31 of the current year, including debt collected by court decision, will be able to repay it without penalty.

"Entrepreneurs who have an existing loan and overdue debt to the Corporation as of October 31, 2022, are given the opportunity to repay their debt without paying a penalty. As part of the promotion, penalties are excluded for 100% repayment of the amount of overdue principal debt, overdue remuneration and remuneration, accrued on the overdue principal debt, a fine. If there is a court decision, the penalty will be written off subject to the borrower repaying the entire amount of the debt with the exception of the penalty amount,” says Asemgul Kairdenova, director of the Department of Regional Development.

The client can repay the debt by transferring money to the Corporation's current account before December 30 of this year. Please note that the promotion is one-time only.
