It would seem that the situation is hopeless, but there is a way out. Borrowers of the Corporation who are experiencing financial difficulties can get rid of penalties and fines on the loan thanks to the “Favorable repayment” promotion. The main condition of the promotion is to pay off the overdue amount and start repaying the loan again according to the previous schedule, only in this case the penalty will be completely written off from you. The Corporation will write off the accrued interest of borrowers accrued as of September 1, 2018.

Armat Kurmashev, a farmer from the West Kazakhstan region, was the first to take advantage of this promotion. In 2011, he received a loan under the Sybaga program for 60 million tenge. In April of this year, experiencing financial difficulties, he was late in payments for several months, resulting in a penalty of more than 700 thousand tenge. “All these years I have been paying the loan regularly, in the ACC branch they know me as a conscientious payer,” says Armat. “Having learned about the promotion, I immediately went and paid the entire debt and the penalty was “forgiven”! Now I have no debts to the Corporation.”
