Aset Sadvakasov, director of the lending department of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC, spoke about this during the II Kazakhstan Contracting Conference “Seed Day “Tukym-2023”. According to him, in 2022, under the Ken Dala program, 117 billion tenge were allocated to support plant growers, with the help of which 5.2 million hectares of land were cultivated. Under the program, farmers can receive loans in the amount of one million to five billion tenge per borrower, up to 10 billion tenge for a group of borrowers or a credit partnership. The loan term is until December 1 of the corresponding year of financing, the interest rate is 1.5% per annum, the annual effective interest rate is from 1.5% per annum.
