Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin held a meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC National Management Holding Baiterek, reports primeminister.kz . In pursuance of the order of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to reduce the number of subsidiaries of the Holding, a decision was made to merge the Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture JSC (FFSS) to the Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC (ACC). The functions of the FFPSH for lending to micro-businesses, insurance in crop production and the functions of an agent for “Rural Mortgages” within the framework of the project “With a Diploma to the Village” will be transferred to the ACC, and the functions of the FFPSH for guaranteeing loans will be transferred to the Damu Fund. The reorganization will allow agricultural producers to receive loans on a “one-window” basis based on ACC’s wide branch network. At the same time, the current conditions for financing agricultural entities will be maintained. The meeting participants approved the risk report for the second quarter of this year, as well as changes and additions to the Regulations on the Management Board, Board of Directors, Corporate Secretary and the Corporate Secretary Service of the Holding.
