The President heard a report on the results of the Holding’s activities for 2025, as well as on the transformation into an investment holding and the implementation of strategic economic development priorities. Rustam Karagoyshin: reported that the total volume of economic support provided by the Holding amounted to KZT 9 trillion. The funds were directed toward supporting entrepreneurship, the agro-industrial complex, as well as housing construction and mortgage lending. He further reported that, by the end of 2025, approximately 25,000 projects nationwide had been covered through financial support instruments. He informed the President about the results of the guarantee funds established on the basis of the Damu Fund to support small and medium-sized business projects, as well as large investment initiatives in manufacturing and infrastructure. He also presented the operating model of the investment holding, which предусматриes the formation of an “investment order,” support for the largest strategic projects, and the development of mechanisms to attract foreign direct investment. Currently, a pool of 1,500 investment projects has been formed with a total value of approximately KZT 87 trillion.
