To date, credit partnerships in the Akmola region have already received applications for more than 772 million tenge for the purchase of imported cattle, machinery and equipment. Participation in the Sybaga lending program is a unique opportunity to develop a business on preferential terms in the livestock sector with support from the state. To date, credit partnerships in the Akmola region have already received applications for more than 772 million tenge for the purchase of imported cattle, machinery and equipment. In parallel with financing for beef cattle breeding, the Corporation provides loans for the purchase of breeding cattle of meat and dairy breeds. Thus, within the framework of the Agribusiness program, through the branch of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC in the Akmola region, the farm of individual entrepreneur B.D. Abdrakhmanov was financed. for the purchase of breeding cattle breeding stock of the Montbeliard breed in the amount of 60 heads, Simmental in the amount of 36 heads, as well as for the purchase of equipment for a dairy farm and carrying out work on the reconstruction of a dairy farm. Borrowed funds are provided for a period of up to 120 months, with an interest rate of 16% per annum, taking into account further subsidies (up to 10% per annum), the final rate will be 6% per annum. Already on November 13 of this year, livestock was brought to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, all work on the reconstruction and installation of equipment in the dairy farm was completed. The farm began its activities with a small herd of mongrel cattle - only 32 heads, which were kept in an ordinary barn at the house of the entrepreneur himself. Over time, the company took steps towards increasing the livestock and expanding the infrastructure. Thus, in 2015, a loan was received under the Sybaga program for the purchase of breeding stock of cattle, and in 2016 a base for its maintenance was built. And in 2018, the farm decided to develop the dairy business, as a result of which the construction of a dairy farm with a total area of 1,613.5 sq.m. began. An important aspect was the issue of equipping the farm with the necessary equipment and productive breeding stock of cattle, which Bolat Dauletbekovich himself will talk about. - After providing a loan through JSC Agrarian Credit Corporation in 2015 for the purchase of breeding stock of cattle in the amount of 58 heads and 3 bulls - producers under the Sybaga program and as the farm expanded, the question of further development arose. I would like to note that under the terms of the Sybaga program in 2015, outbred breeding stock was purchased, and if at that time this was relevant, then in the current realities, livestock breeding requires a breed transformation, i.e. improvement of the genetic characteristics of livestock, which will lead to a qualitative improvement in the performance of manufactured products. In 2018, our first task was to purchase breeding heifers for the MTF; almost immediately it was decided to purchase from abroad. After reviewing many options for livestock suppliers, conducting negotiations and taking into account the import route, cost, as well as other nuances, we chose the Czech Republic. We approached the choice of breed responsibly, because we had to comply with the conditions of acclimatization, maintenance, and quality characteristics of the cattle. After monitoring Internet resources, we chose the Montbeliarde and Simmental breeds. One of the main advantages of these breeds is a high degree of endurance, easy adaptation to new climatic conditions, excellent meat quality and, most importantly for MTF, a high percentage of fat content in milk. With what funds did you intend to purchase breeding stock of cattle? I decided that I needed to take out a loan. Another question was where to get a loan on attractive terms for the purchase of breeding stock. Without thinking twice, we decided to consult JSC ACC, since we have been cooperating with them for 3 years. Having learned all the conditions of the program, which suited us well, we decided to apply. To date, have you completed the construction of a livestock breeding base, installation of equipment for a dairy farm, and how are things going with imported cattle? Yes, at the moment all work planned for the arrival of workovers has been completed 100%. Breeding cattle of the Montbeliarde and Simmental breeds arrived on November 13 of this year, the cattle are now in quarantine, after which, after going through all the necessary procedures, the cattle will be placed at a new livestock base.
