The application period for moisture deficiency insurance for spring crops has been officially extended until April 30, 2026.

This decision opens up additional opportunities for farmers in eleven regions of the country: Akmola, Aktobe, Atyrau, East Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan, Karaganda, Kostanay, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan, as well as the Abay and Ulytau regions.

Agricultural producers can insure their grain and oilseed crops by choosing the most appropriate coverage format. For grain crops, three-phase insurance provides coverage from May 15 to August 15, while two-phase coverage extends from June 15 to August 15. For oilseed crops, the three-phase coverage period is June 15 to September 14, while the two-phase coverage period is July 15 to September 14, 2026.

You can submit an application through the specialized portal Kezekte.kz. Timely registration of an insurance contract allows farmers to minimize financial risks associated with adverse weather conditions during key phases of plant growth.
