Businessmen affected by the state of emergency can receive a preferential loan

Agricultural producers affected by the state of emergency can take advantage of government support measures by receiving a preferential loan at 8% per annum. One of the operators of the preferential lending program for small and medium-sized businesses is the Agrarian Credit Corporation (ACC).

You can obtain affordable financing for replenishing working capital at the regional branch or the central office of ACC. To do this, you need to fill out an application, collect the necessary documents and provide collateral.

The loan amount is limited: for individual entrepreneurs and peasant farms it is no more than 50 million tenge; for legal entities of small and medium-sized businesses up to 3 billion tenge. The borrower must meet at least one of the special criteria indicating a deterioration in financial condition in connection with the introduction of a state of emergency and within 2 months after its lifting:

  • decrease in the volume of goods and (or) services sold;
  • delay in payment from buyers;
  • reduction in the number of employees.

As documents confirming the deterioration of the financial condition of an SME (it is possible to provide one or more documents):

  • Management reporting, including records of sales of goods.
  • Accounts receivable statements.
  • Applications from employees for leave without pay.
  • Official confirmation of the suspension of the borrower’s activities due to the introduction of a state of emergency, or other documents.

Under this program, the Agrarian Credit Corporation finances production and processing in the agro-industrial complex.
