Starting November 1, 2024, ACC will begin accepting applications for the Ken dal 2 program

"We are launching early financing for spring field and harvesting works (VF&HW). Applications for the first 100 billion tenge will be accepted in November. In addition, we have maintained state support measures, farmers will be able to repay loans on the same terms," said Almat Ashirbekov, Chairman of the Board of JSC Agrarian Credit Corporation (ACC).

It should be noted that in 2024, ACC allocated 320 billion tenge for spring field and harvesting works, compared to 140 billion tenge issued in previous years.

As part of the implementation of the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Government, up to 700 billion tenge will be allocated for VF&HW in 2025, of which up to 560 billion tenge will be raised by JSC NMH Baiterek and ACC from market sources of capital.

Thus, agricultural producers, thanks to government support measures, can quickly receive financial support under the most convenient conditions.

First. For them, under the Ken Dala 2 program, the preferential interest rate has been maintained at 5% per annum.

Second. Often, when applying to the Corporation for credit funds, agricultural entities face the problem of a lack of collateral. This issue is voiced by all entrepreneurs and public organizations in the agricultural sector.

In accordance with the proven mechanism of government support, the loan guarantee tool of the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund under the Ken Dala 2 program is also used.

In turn, the subsidiary of AKK, KazAgroFinance JSC, launched preferential leasing at 5% per annum. The program provides for the provision of financing for a period of no more than 7 years for the purchase of agricultural machinery from domestic manufacturers.

Today, many financial institutions finance agriculture, with AKK taking the main share in providing financing for the agro-industrial complex. For several years, the Corporation has been steadily improving its activities and increasing the volume of financing for the sector.
