Both legal entities and individuals with overdue debt during the campaign period, including debt enforced by court decision, are eligible to participate. Participants will be able to repay their debt without accrual of penalties. Penalties are written off only upon full repayment by the Borrower of the following: the overdue remuneration amount; the overdue principal debt; the fine amount. Please note that each participant may take advantage of the campaign only once. To participate, you must repay the overdue debt by transferring funds to the bank accounts of Agrarian Credit Corporation no later than 26 December 2025 inclusive.
