Students of the Agrotechnical University visited "SC Food"

On September 26, 2018, the Agrarian Credit Corporation held an on-site event “Excursion to the Farm” for students of the S. Seifullin Agricultural Technical University. The action was held in order to stimulate students of agricultural universities and raise the image of workers in the rural industry, and develop the human resources potential of the agro-industrial complex. Future veterinarians and livestock specialists visited the SC Food company, which was the first in Kazakhstan to adapt and introduce the North American technology of the cold method of keeping beef cattle, imported the breeding core from the world leading countries of the meat industry: the USA, Australia and Canada in 2011-2012 . Every year, thousands of specialists graduate from agricultural universities. But only a few get jobs and go to the village. The main reason is the increased migration outflow of rural youth to the city, which inevitably leads to a decrease in the share of the working population. Such events evoke a positive response from students; they are an opportunity to gain experience and an important step towards generational continuity.
