The regional center is hosting the international investment forum TURKISTAN INVESTMENT AND TOURISM FORUM–2025, which brings together domestic and foreign investors, business representatives, and government officials. The Agrarian Credit Corporation is represented at the forum by Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Aydın Doskaraev. An exhibition has been organized as part of the forum, showcasing regional handicrafts, tourist attractions, agricultural products, as well as a number of major investment projects being implemented in the Turkistan Region. The event is attended by about 200 foreign companies and more than 100 large enterprises from various regions of Kazakhstan, underscoring the forum’s status as one of the country’s key investment platforms. A plenary session was held on the topic “Turkistan – the Driver of Kazakhstan’s New Investment Cycle” with the participation of representatives from government agencies, businesses, and international organizations. Speaking at the plenary session, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Agrarian Credit Corporation Aydın Doskaraev stated: “The Agrarian Credit Corporation is implementing strategic objectives aimed at supporting the sustainable development of agriculture, expanding access to financing for farmers and agribusinesses, and introducing modern technologies. Over the past five years, the Corporation has increased its lending volume fivefold, reflecting its active role in developing the country’s agrarian sector. In 2025, the total volume of financing allocated to the Turkistan Region exceeds 43 billion tenge, including about 28.2 billion tenge designated for spring fieldwork.” The Agrarian Credit Corporation will continue its efforts to strengthen the investment potential of the regions and support the development of Kazakhstan’s agro-industrial complex.
