ACC launched an updated borrower account with online applications
Borrowers can now apply, track their application and upload documents at any time without visiting an office.
ACC has launched an updated borrower account on agrocredit.kz. Its main features include:
- Online loan applications for any active programme
- Sign-in with a digital signature or eGov Mobile
- Real-time application tracking
- Document upload and management
- Payment schedule and transaction history
The new account was designed using feedback from more than 3,000 borrowers and complies with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
