Isker programme expanded: maximum amount increased to 8,000 MCI
ACC has increased the maximum Isker programme limit to support small agribusinesses.
Updated lending terms for the Isker programme came into effect on 1 January 2026.
The maximum loan amount increased from 5,000 to 8,000 monthly calculation indices (MCI). At the 2026 MCI of KZT 4,325, this is approximately KZT 34.6 million.
The Isker programme is intended for new farmers, rural entrepreneurs and household farms. Key terms: - Rate: 6% per annum; 4% for members of low-income and/or large families - Term: up to 60 months for most purposes and up to 84 months for livestock farming - Collateral: movable property or a guarantee - Review period: up to 7 business days
