The borrower of the Agrarian Credit Corporation, the Elim-ai peasant farm, sent 700 head of cattle for export. They will be delivered to the Tashkent region for further production of meat products, the website eldala.kz reports with reference to the akimat of the Abay region.

“In 2019, we signed a contract with Uzbekistan. Today, for the first time, we exported breeding bulls of such breeds as Angus, Simmental, Hereford, weighing an average of 600-700 kg each. In the coming year, we plan to increase the number of livestock and export to Arab countries, Iran and China,” said Bolat Bekberdinov, director of the Elim-ai peasant farm.

Peasant farm "Elim-ai" is one of the largest in Kazakhstan. Along with livestock farming, agriculture is successfully developed here, growing grains and oilseeds.
