The Agrarian Credit Corporation has launched the “Repay your debts without penalties” campaign, which will last until December 15 of this year.

​Credit partnerships, direct borrowers and lessees (legal entities and individuals) who have overdue debt during the promotion period, including debt collected by court decision, can take part in the promotion and will be able to repay it without penalty. Moreover, if the client has several loan agreements or financial leasing agreements, the penalty amount for each obligation is written off separately.

​Writing off penalties is possible only if the borrower or lessee fully repays the following payments under one loan agreement (financial leasing agreement): the amount of overdue remuneration, the amount of overdue principal, the amount of remuneration accrued on the overdue principal, the amount of the fine.

​It should be noted that a participant in the promotion can only take part in it once.

​The client can repay the debt without penalty by transferring money to the bank accounts of the Agrarian Credit Corporation until December 15, 2023.
