The Agrarian Credit Corporation increased financing under the Ken Dala program in Shymkent and the Turkestan region

A briefing with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Board - Member of the Board of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC Aidyn Doskaraev took place in Shymkent.

In his speech, A. Doskaraev said that in 2023, the loan portfolio of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC, taking into account KazAgroFinance JSC, exceeded 1.5 trillion tenge.

During the event, issues related to the development of agriculture and financial support for agricultural enterprises in the region were discussed.

In particular, this year the Agrarian Credit Corporation planned to allocate 21 billion tenge for the development of agriculture in Shymkent and the Turkestan region by the end of this year, but to date more than 22 billion tenge have already been allocated. At the same time, within the framework of financing under the Ken Dala program, it was planned to allocate 2.5 billion tenge, but taking into account the requests of farmers involved in cotton growing in the region, funding from ACC was increased to 9.5 billion tenge.

At the same time, during meetings with farmers, A. Doskaraev spoke about the main directions of support for Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC: through direct lending, second-tier banks, microfinance organizations and leasing companies, as well as through funding of credit partnerships, the number of which in Shymkent is 20 CT.

The speaker also introduced the conditions of the programs that are presented for the development of the agricultural sector in the country: the “Ken Dala”, “Isker”, “Agribusiness” lending programs, as well as preferential microcredit for youth.
