JSC Agrarian Credit Corporation received an assessment of its corporate governance system from an independent audit company. In 2022, a corporate governance diagnostic was carried out with the involvement of KPMG. Based on the diagnostic results, a report was prepared with recommendations for improving the corporate governance system. According to KPMG, the Company’s corporate governance system complies with most of the recommendations of leading practices and has a level of compliance above average, namely 87% (with an average of 75%) compared to companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Based on the recommendations, the Board of Directors approved the Plan of corrective and/or preventive actions to improve the corporate governance of the Company for 2023-2024.
