The Agrarian Credit Corporation has launched the Smart 10 project in pilot mode. This is the first smart financial product designed to accelerate funding, reducing the processing time to 10 calendar days. Previously, the process from application submission to decision-making took up to 30 calendar days. The project is targeted at representatives of micro and small businesses. An analysis of the Corporation's loan portfolio for 2022-2023 showed that approximately 81% of financed projects were small business applications for amounts up to 20 million tenge. The accelerated lending project has been launched on a pilot basis in three regions: Zhambyl, West Kazakhstan, and Akmola regions. As noted by the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation," Almat Ashirbekov, these regions were chosen deliberately, as they differ significantly in profile, specifics, types of activities, and volume. “We selected regions that broadly reflect the overall picture of our branch network. Over the next three months, we will finance projects in these regions using new processes, closely monitoring and receiving feedback. Based on this pilot trial, we will make necessary adjustments to refine the product before its full-scale launch across all regions,” said the Chairman of the ACC. One of the first to receive funding under the Smart 10 project was Kuandyk Gubaidulliev, a farmer from the West Kazakhstan region, who acquired an MTZ 82.1 tractor. “I live in the village of Yesensai, Akzhaik district. Through the West Kazakhstan branch of the Agrarian Credit Corporation, I obtained a loan under the Smart 10 program and purchased an MTZ tractor,” said Kuandyk Gubaidulliev. It is worth noting that in the second phase, the project plans to expand to reviewing loan applications from small and medium-sized businesses, providing financing for amounts exceeding 20 million tenge.
