As part of the implementation of anti-crisis measures aimed at ensuring the stability of the financial system in connection with the introduction of a state of emergency on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2020 No. 285, Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC is ready to provide its clients with the following support measures:

1) not to accrue fines and penalties / forfeit for late payments on the principal debt and (or) remuneration under bank loan and (or) financial leasing agreements for clients who have delayed payments as a result of the introduction of the state of emergency;

2) provide a deferral for payments under bank loan and (or) financial leasing agreements, including payments on the principal debt and (or) remuneration, for up to 90 (ninety) calendar days to individual entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses, if the need for the granting of deferment arose as a result of the imposition of a state of emergency.

The decision to grant a deferral for loans, payments for which (including remuneration and principal) are due for the period from March 16, 2020 to June 15, 2020, will be made on an individual basis.
