Personnel changes

JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation" (hereinafter - the Company) informs its readers about the personal and career achievements of employees, movements in the personnel reserve, the results of assessing the activities of employees in the reporting period, and significant changes in the 1st half of 2022.

By the decision of the Management Board of the Company dated June 09, 2021 No. 33, 13 employees were nominated for admission to the Unified Personnel Reserve of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC, of ​​which 6 candidates passed to the second stage of selection, including 2 candidates - to the Top 100 and 4 candidates - in the Top 50.

The second stage for candidates for the Top 100 was held on June 22-24, 2022, it was attended by Deputy Director for Lending of the Zhambyl branch Seitbekov N. E. and Deputy Director for lending of the Pavlodar branch Zhusupekov I. K.

The second round for the Top 50 candidates took place on July 4-7, 2022. Director of the Department for Strategic and Corporate Development Iskakov M.K., Director of the Monitoring Department Aubakirova A.Z., Director of the North Kazakhstan Branch Kozhakhmetov A.T. took part. The results are expected by the end of July - beginning of August 2022.

The candidacy of the Director of the Risk Management Department Sogumbaev A.K., who passed the first stage of selection in the Top 50, was withdrawn from the selection to the unified personnel reserve due to his being on study leave on the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak" in Australia, specialty " Digital economy. Digital Marketing, master's degree.

In the 1st half of 2022, 44 employees of the Company underwent advanced training, incl. 26 employees of the central office and 18 employees of branches.

In the first half of 2022, the following changes took place in the management of the Company:

• Alin Zhanat Dulatbekovich was transferred from the position of Director of the Digitalization Department to the position of Managing Director,
• Alimukhamed Madiyar Yerlanuly was transferred from the post of manager of the information and communication technologies development department to the position of director of the digitalization department,
• Aitmaganbetov Yerbol Kavlanovich was transferred from the position of the head of the monitoring department to the position of the head of the monitoring sector,
• Baymagambetov Murat Bakhitkaliuly was transferred from the position of Deputy Director of the Branch in the Mangistau region to the position of Director of the Branch in the Mangistau region,
• Bektasov Mukhtar Berikovich was transferred from the position of head of the legal sector to the position of head of the legal support and problem loans department,
• Jomartov Bagdat Amirkhanovich was transferred from the position of a lawyer to the position of head of the legal department of the Branch in the Kyzylorda region,
• Zhapisheva-Baiterekova Asel Zhumageldievna was transferred from the position of manager of the Treasury Department to the position of senior manager of the Treasury Department,
• Kirgeev Bakhtiyar Amanzholovich was transferred from the position of a lawyer to the position of head of the legal sector of Pavlodar region,
• Kusmaganbetov Nurlan Kanatovich was transferred from the position of the head of the small business lending department of the Branch to the position of deputy director of the Branch in Aktobe region,
• Mustafina Asel Seidakhanovna was transferred from the position of a lawyer in the legal department to the position of head of the legal department of the Zhambyl Region Branch,
• Sabitova Aigerim Sabitovna was transferred from the position of chief specialist of the large business lending department to the position of head of the large business lending department of the Aktobe Region Branch,
• Sisengaliyeva Raisa Bekezhanovna was transferred from the position of the leading specialist of the Branch to the position of the head of the administration department of the Branch in Atyrau region,
• Smailuly Amirkhan Zhanbyrbayevich was transferred from the position of Deputy Director of the Branch to the position of Director of the Branch for the city of Almaty.
