Milk or meat - which is better?

In 2007, Adilbek Aksali moved from China to Kazakhstan. The family, with whom our hero returned to his historical homeland, chose the village of Karazhar in the Burabay district of the Akmola region for life. The question of what to do was not in the family - of course, animal husbandry. It's no secret that for a profitable business in this industry you need a large livestock. So the Akmola farmer began to increase the number of livestock, and in this he was greatly helped by state support measures.

"I received my first loan in my life in 2019 from the Agrarian Credit Corporation. It was a microloan: 4 million tenge went to purchase 10 heads of the Kazakh white-headed breed and 4 heads of the Simmental meat and dairy breed. Now we are milking 20 Simmental cows, we get 60-70 liters of milk per day. Representatives of the company pick up the products on their special vehicles. Basically, in the summer we are engaged in the supply of milk, in the winter - meat, "says individual entrepreneur Adilbek Aksali.

A farmer who has studied the intricacies of the meat market well does not immediately sell purebred bulls in the fall. Keeps them on the feedlot and only then sells them. So the benefit is higher. By the way, before taking out a loan, the farmer built a livestock base for 100 heads of cattle. Today the animal room is half full. To fill in the rest, the entrepreneur intends to apply again for a favorable loan from the Agrarian Credit Corporation.
