The Agricultural Credit Corporation is introducing digitalization of business processes to simplify interaction with clients. Thus, the corporation has carried out direct integration with Kaspi.kz bank to accept payments for loan repayments.

Now clients can make payments for a loan received from the corporation using a banking application. The function is free, no commission is charged to the client.

After logging into the Kaspi.kz application, in the “Financial Services” section you need to select the “Mortgage and Loans” field, then “Agricultural Credit Corporation”. After that, by entering your IIN/BIN and selecting the Agreement under which payment is being made, you must enter the repayment amount.

The payment made will automatically be reflected in the “Incoming payment orders” in the corporation’s 1C system, as well as in the client’s personal account. When performing actions in the application, all clients will receive push notifications.

In addition, in order to optimize the process of timely issuance of loans from budget funds, it became possible to send funds to borrowers’ accounts in the “MT102” format (consolidated payment) through the “IS Treasury Client”.

If previously the corporation needed up to three days to send the loan to the borrower’s account, and the borrower had to come to the branch to re-sign the payment schedule, now the money arrives to the borrower’s account the same day, without visiting the branch again.

This work was carried out with banks that will send loan funds to borrowers: these are Kazpost JSC, Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Bank CenterCredit JSC, First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC.

The Corporation will continue to work to optimize processes and services to improve the quality of customer service.
