The North Kazakhstan region was visited by the Minister of Agriculture Aidarbek Saparov, the Chairman of the Board of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC Almat Ashirbekov, the Chairman of the Board of KazAgroFinance JSC Aidar Prashev and other heads of agricultural organizations. As part of the visit to the region, a meeting was held on the topic “Conducting VP&SD and explaining state support measures.” Almat Burkutbaevich explained the mechanisms for financing spring field and harvesting work, introduced the “Ken Dala 2” program and answered farmers’ questions. “Ken Dala 2” is a new ACC program, under which an additional 300 billion tenge is allocated. Financial resources are attracted from the private capital market. At the same time, a preferential interest rate for borrowers is provided at the level of 5% per annum. For farmers who do not have sufficient collateral, guarantees from the Damu Federal Investment Fund will be provided in the amount of 85% of the loan amount. In addition, representatives of the delegation visited the areas of Yesil, Shal akyna and Gabita Musrepova, as well as a number of peasant farms.
