Farming enterprise "Aidarbaev" purchased 330 head of Holstein-Friesian breeding cows from Germany. “The amount of financing amounted to 321 million tenge within the framework of the Program for lending to investment areas from the funds of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan at an interest rate of -5.5% per annum (GESV - from 5.5% per annum),” said Toleuzhan Serikmukhametov, director of the Department of Lending and Corporate Business Development. IP "Aidarbaev" is located in the Saimasai rural district of the Enbekshikazakh district of the Almaty region, on the territory of a former feed workshop with an area of 8.03 hectares. Over the 15 years of operation of the peasant farm, large-scale work has been carried out to create a modern agro-industrial enterprise: from the moment of opening, agricultural equipment was purchased, warehouses and an office, a canteen for workers were built; livestock farms, feed silos, and communications were created. “Due to loan funds, the number of heads will be increased to 800, of which 600 are milking. The daily milk yield today is 7 tons; taking into account the new cows, it will be possible to increase productivity to 15 tons. If previously we occupied 0.33% of the milk yield market in the Almaty region, now these figures will grow,” notes the head of the peasant farm, Erik Aidarbaev. The Holstein-Friesian breed is adapted to produce the maximum amount of milk. The structure of the body is aimed at maximizing the expenditure of energy and nutrients in order to produce milk. Experts note that this breed is resistant to various diseases, produces high-quality milk with high fat content, easily acclimatizes and is unpretentious in feeding. Almaty region is in second place in the production of cow's milk. It is worth noting that the region’s share according to these indicators decreased from 23.3% to 18.9%, which means the milk market has high sales potential, so there will be no difficulties with the sale of produced products.
