The “Ken Dala” program is aimed at supporting farmers during spring field and harvesting work and is implemented using budget loan funds. The rate for final borrowers when financing through banks, credit partnerships and microfinance organizations is 5% per annum.

The Isker program is aimed at supporting start-up projects and aspiring entrepreneurs. The interest rate is 6% per annum. In this case, loans are issued for a period of up to 7 years. Under this program in Ulytau, 73 borrowers received a loan in the amount of 352 million tenge.

The Agribusiness program is universal. It finances projects for the development of livestock farming, crop production, and processing of agricultural products. Loans are issued at the expense of own and attracted commercial funds, the interest rate, taking into account subsidies, is reduced to 6%. The maximum loan term for investment purposes is up to 12 years. In the Ulytau region, 43 borrowers were financed in excess of 1.3 billion tenge.

The “World Lending to Youth” program is aimed at supporting young entrepreneurs aged 21 to 35 years. Loans are issued up to 5 million tenge with an interest rate of 2.5% per annum. The loan period for the development of livestock farming is up to 7 years, for other areas of business up to 5 years. More than 85 million tenge was issued under this program this year.

The general financing plan for ACC JSC, including KAF JSC, in 2023 is 500 billion tenge, including 3.2 billion tenge allocated for the Ulytau region. As of August 1 of this year. The branch of JSC ACC in the Ulytau region issued loans in the amount of more than 1.8 billion tenge.
