A seminar-meeting titled "On the Organized Conduct of Spring Fieldwork 2025" was held in the city of Petropavlovsk. The event was attended by Akim of North Kazakhstan Region Gauyez Nurmukhambetov, Minister of Agriculture Aidarbek Saparov, Chairmen of the Boards of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC – Almat Ashirbekov, KazAgroFinance JSC – Aidar Prashev, and other key leaders in the agricultural sector.

The Agrarian Credit Corporation finances the entire agro-industrial sector for spring fieldwork and harvesting operations at a preferential interest rate of 5% per annum for borrowers. Loans under the "Kең Dala 2" program can be obtained directly at the Corporation's branches, as well as through credit partnerships, social entrepreneurship corporations, second-tier banks, regional investment centers, and microfinance organizations.

For spring fieldwork and harvesting in 2025, the Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC has allocated 85.5 billion tenge for the North Kazakhstan Region. So far, 386 agricultural producers have already been financed for a total amount of approximately 54 billion tenge, covering a sowing area of 776,000 hectares.

As collateral security, a guarantee from the Damu Fund covering 85% of the loan amount can be provided. Under this guarantee, 59 farmers in the North Kazakhstan Region have already been financed for 22.6 billion tenge for the 2025 spring fieldwork and harvesting campaign.
