The amount includes 400 billion tenge of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC (ACC) and 151.7 billion tenge on the line of its subsidiary organization - KazAgroFinance JSC (KAF) Agrarian Credit Corporation, a subsidiary of Baiterek Holding, crossed the 400 billion mark in agro-industrial financing. Compared to the same period last year, the volume of actual financing exceeded by more than 164 billion tenge. Of this volume, more than 320 billion tenge was allocated to finance spring field and harvesting works “Kin dala” and “Kin dala 2”, which is twice as much as last year's figure and 80 billion for the program “Agribusiness”. At the same time, the Corporation has created the most convenient conditions for farmers by increasing the channels of financing. Thus, credit can be obtained in the branches of the Corporation through credit partnerships, second-tier banks, social and business corporations (SBC) and microfinance organizations. “Last year, the financing of ACC and CAF amounted to 554.7 billion tenge and reached an absolute historical maximum. This year's figures are even more impressive and we plan that by the end of the year the total amount will be over KZT700 billion. It is gratifying that every third agricultural producer in the country is our client. At the end of last year the number of final borrowers exceeded 85 thousand. With great attention we treat the work with clients, seeking to provide them with the most convenient conditions for obtaining loans and support in the development of agriculture,” - said Chairman of the Board of ACC Almat Ashirbekov. Recall that in the spring of this year was launched a new program of ACC for spring field and harvesting works “Kin dala 2”. “These financial resources are attracted from the private capital market, with a favorable interest rate of 5% per annum provided for borrowers. At the same time, for farmers who do not have sufficient collateral, this year, for the first time, the Damu Fund guarantees of 85% of the loan amount are provided. In this case, the application is submitted only to ACC, then the Corporation itself sends an application to the Fund for the issuance of the guarantee”, - explained the Chairman of the Board of the Corporation. The universal program “Agribusiness” is actively implemented, which covers more than 2.2 thousand farmers. This year about 80 billion tenge has already been allocated for the projects on development of livestock breeding, crop production and processing of agricultural products. In addition, 16 investment projects have been put into operation in such areas as irrigation, processing, vegetable and fruit storages, dairy farms, poultry farms, greenhouses and orchards. In turn, KazAgroFinance launched a preferential leasing program at 5% per annum. The program provides financing for a period not exceeding 7 years for the purchase of agricultural machinery of domestic manufacturers. Currently, KAF under this program has financed over 1.6 thousand agricultural producers for the amount of 67.4 billion tenge, which allowed the purchase of over 2.6 thousand units of equipment.
