The life of Aktau businesswoman Laura Kezbayeva changed dramatically at the beginning of this year. Of the many ideas that stirred her thoughts, she chose to open her own bakery. The loan processing and the conclusion of the loan agreement took place last year, but after all the procedures - the purchase of a franchise, the search and repair of premises, equipment, recruitment - the bakery opened its doors in February of this year. So the food production technologist opened a new point on the city map - "Favorite bakery".

“I applied to the Agrarian Credit Corporation for financing under the Enbek Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 and received the first loan in my life to start a business. We purchased the necessary equipment for the bakery and the Favorite Bakery franchise. We rent the building, we hope that in time we will earn money for our own premises, ”says Laura Kezbayeva, head of Ayana IE.

Today, consumers are spoiled by the abundance of bakery products - the market offers many types for different tastes. But the demand for ordinary rolls has always been and remains stable. Therefore, the main product range is ordinary white bread. In addition, the bakery offers its customers more than 30 different bakery products - pies, cookies, buns, whites, pies. The next stage, which IP "Ayana" plans to enter, is the creation of its own network of bakeries.
